Anyone with a valid AIR MILES® Collector Card can receive offers. You will only receive offers if you shop at participating store locations.

It’s simple! Click here and select the ‘Available’ tab. Then, either individually load each offer, or, click the ‘Load All’ button at the bottom of the page to instantly load your available offers to your AIR MILES® Collector Card. Once offers are loaded, they will be redeemed after you purchase the applicable product(s) in-store and swipe your AIR MILES® Collector Card at checkout.

Once your offers are loaded, simply swipe your AIR MILES® Collector Card when you checkout at a participating store while purchasing the eligible products and they will be instantly redeemed.

By loading offers to your AIR MILES® Collector Card, you will not be required to print and provide cashiers with a paper copy for redemption. Any offers loaded to your card will automatically be redeemed when you purchase the applicable product at checkout and swipe your card.

Yes. Each offer is only valid for a specific period of time, which is noted at the bottom of the offer. Offers that are close to expiring will display an ‘Expiring Soon’ notification in the ‘Loaded’ section.

Offers are selected based on the types of products you buy, and the ones we think you’ll love. The more you swipe your AIR MILES® Collector Card when you checkout at participating stores, the better we’re able to select offers just for you.

Your offers are selected based on purchases made when your AIR MILES® Collector Card was swiped at checkout. Your friends’ offers may be different because they would have their own, unique purchase history.

Offers are based on your shopping history so make sure to contact AIR MILES® at 1-888-AIRMILES (1-888-247-6453) and have your new card linked to your old card.

Your offers will stay on the ‘Available’ tab until they are loaded, redeemed or expire.

You can redeem your ‘Loaded’ offers at participating stores by simply swiping your AIR MILES® Collector Card at checkout when you purchase the qualifying products.

Yes, after loading your bonus offers to your AIR MILES® Collector Card, you will have the option to print a list for reference. You will not be required to present this list at checkout in order to redeem offers as this will automatically happen just by swiping your card.

Offers that allow multiple purchases feature a progress bar. The progress bar is a convenient tracking tool that allows you to see how many products you have bought, or purchases you’ve made, on this specific type of loaded offer.

If similar offers are loaded, the offer that requires the highest spend will be redeemed first.

Yes, the My Offers portal is mobile friendly and can be accessed on your smart phone or tablet. If you are Sobeys shopper, you can also download the Sobeys app for free on iTunes or Google Play.

If you select ‘Remember Me’, your  AIR MILES® Collector Card number will be saved on the device you selected it for so you don’t have to provide it again. ‘Remember Me’ should not be selected if using a public computer.

To change the saved AIR MILES ® Collector Card number, select “Sign in with a new card number” from the dropdown menu located under your name, enter your new number and click ‘submit’.

You must always show your AIR MILES® Collector Card at checkout when redeeming offers. If you require further assistance, please call the My Offers Contact Centre at 1-844-896-3337 and a Customer Care Agent will be happy to assist you. If you are missing Bonus Miles from a purchase where you swiped your AIR MILES® Card at checkout, please call the My Offers Contact Centre at 1-844-896-3337 and a Customer Care Agent will be happy to assist you. The My Offers Contact Centre is open Monday – Sunday from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm EST.

Your AIR MILES® Profile is updated every 7-10 days, so it may take some time for your new balance to be reflected on your Profile.  If you don’t see the Miles after 30 days, please visit www.airmiles.ca for further assistance.

The weekly offer email is a personalized email that features some of your new offers for the week, recipes, and other great content.

To receive a weekly email when new offers become available, you must opt into receiving email from AIR MILES®.

  2. Select “Sign in” and enter your Collector Number and Pin
  3. Select “Your profile”, then “Update profile”
  4. Check the box next to “ Yes, I would like to receive email offers and information from the AIR MILES® Reward Program and its Sponsors. You can change your mind at any time”.
