Getting Started

By loading offers to your AIR MILES Card, you will not be required to print and provide cashiers with a paper copy for redemption. Any myOffers digital coupons loaded to your card will automatically be redeemed when you meet the purchase conditions listed on the coupon and use your AIR MILES Card at checkout.

Yes. Each offer is only valid for a specific period of time, which is noted on the offer. Offers that are close to expiring will display an ‘Expiring Soon’ notification in the ‘Loaded’ section.

Once your offers are loaded, simply use your AIR MILES when you checkout at a participating store and meet the purchase conditions listed on the digital coupon. This offer will be instantly redeemed and can be seen on your receipt. Your redeemed offers will also immediately move to the redeemed tab on this site.

Anyone who has a valid AIR MILES Card and has earned at least 1 Reward Mile in one of our participating stores automatically receive offers at least once a week on Thursdays from their favourite participating store.

The myOffers program is currently available at the following stores: Sobeys, Sobeys Urban Fresh, Foodland, participating Co-Op stores, as well as Safeway & IGA stores in Western Canada. Thrifty Foods stores in British Columbia operates a similar program and can be accessed at www.smileoffers.ca

The myOffers program is a digital coupon program that provides personalized bonus offers to AIR MILES Collectors who shop in our participating stores every week. These bonus offers can be either AIR MILES Bonus Miles or Instant Savings and are based on each customers shopping history at our stores, so you will have offers on the items your already enjoy and ones we think you might be interested in.
How the myOffers program works

If similar myOffers digital coupons are loaded, the offer that requires the highest spend will be redeemed first.

Most myOffers digital coupons are for single redemption only. However, offers that allow multiple redemptions will feature a progress bar. The progress bar is a convenient tracking tool that allows you to see how many times the offer has been redeemed. Offers with multiple redemptions will stay in the Loaded tab until all redemptions have been made.

Yes, after loading your bonus offers to your AIR MILES Card, you will have the option to print a list for reference. You will not be required to present this list at checkout in order to redeem offers as this will automatically happen just by using your card and meeting the purchase conditions listed on the offer.

You can redeem your ‘Loaded’ myOffers digital coupons at participating stores by simply using your AIR MILES Card at checkout and meeting the purchase conditions listed on the offer.

The myOffers site is Mobile Responsive, so customers can log in from any device to see if they have new offers available before planning their next shop. Sobeys and Safeway customers can also check the mobile app to see if they have new offers available. "

Your offers will stay on the ‘Available’ tab until they are loaded, redeemed or expire. If you are signed up to emails from AIR MILES or have the Sobeys or Safeway App, all of your offers will move from the Available tab to the Loaded Tab automatically when you click to load

Offers are based on your shopping history so make sure to contact AIR MILES at 1-888-AIRMILES (1-888-247-6453) and have your new card linked to your old card.

Your myOffers digital coupons are selected based on purchases made when your AIR MILES Card was used at checkout. Your friends’ offers may be different because they would have their own, unique purchase history.

Offers are selected based on the types of products you buy, and the ones we think you’ll love. The more you use your AIR MILES Card when you checkout at participating stores, the better we’re able to select offers just for you.

Once you sign up for your AIR MILES Card, you should receive your first set of offers within 1-2 weeks.

Technical support

To change the saved AIR MILES Card number, select “Sign in with a new card number” from the dropdown menu located under your name, enter your new number and click ‘submit’.

If you select ‘Remember Me on this device’, your AIR MILES Card number will be saved on the device you selected it for so you don’t have to provide it again. ‘Remember Me’ should not be selected if using a public computer.

Yes, the myOffers website is mobile friendly and can be accessed on your smart phone or tablet. If you are Sobeys or Safeway shopper, you can also download the Sobeys or Safeway Mobile App for free on the App store or Google Play.
Missing Bonus Miles and/or Offers

All Reward Miles earned at our participating stores, including those through the myOffers digital coupon program are transferred to your AIR MILES account once every 7-10 days, so you will not see these Miles immediately even though they are showing on your receipt. If you don’t see the Miles after 30 days, please visit www.airmiles.ca for further assistance.

If you are missing Bonus Miles from a purchase where you swiped your AIR MILES Card at checkout, you can contact the MyOffers Customer Service Centre and they can redeem the offers for you. The myOffers contact centre can be reached at MyOffersContactCentre@Sobeys.com or by phone at 1-844-896-3337. The MyOffers Contact Centre is open Monday - Sunday from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm EST.

You must always show your AIR MILES Card at checkout when redeeming offers. Receiving emails from myOffers

No, your weekly set of myOffers digital coupons are available shortly after midnight on Thursdays, so if you are shopping but have not received your email yet, you can access your myOffers digital coupons by signing into this site and loading your offers. Sobeys and Safeway customers who have the Mobile App can also access their digital coupons through the myOffers section of the App.
